We had good starting warm-ups and leg-work which was needed, then went to hit some balls over consistency and pattern recognition. Alfie was patient and very engaging (with his encouragements and jokes) and his experience shows. I thought I couldn't survive a 2hr session but there were regular breaks and lots of diff techniques so it wasn't boring at all. Court is big and brightly lit - one tip is to bring a big water bottle as there isn't a watercooler nearby. Definitely coming back soon (to kiss my biceps)!
