Se alle anmeldelseneBridget is an amazing instructor! She offered lots of modifications to make the class attainable while still being challenging and fun! Her playlist was great, too. I was so proud of myself for being able to do everything on the routine which was not common 😂. Tho I wish the instructor would tell me what muscles I should be feeling when doing some certain positions, too. So I know if my form is correct or not. But if you’re considering whether you should take her class, DO IT!! You’re welcome.

This class was intermediate if not advanced but the way she taught was easy enough to learn from for a beginner's pov. The class was 45 minutes and it flew by very quick when I had fun in every second of it. Highly recommended!
