    It was such an amazing class! Noga was lovely and really encouraging and she gave us so many adjustments and alternative ways of doing the exercises. I loved how the workout was challenging but really fun and I felt it was a perfect full body workout. The studio is gorgeous and has everything you might need from reusable water bottles, towels, showers to cold citrus towels in the locker rooms and beauty products to do your hair and skin routine. I will definitely come again! (The protein shakes are delicious!)

    I really enjoyed this class with Brenton. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Music was at a decent volume and not too loud. And I think we worked on a lot of muscle groups. Happy with this class! Thank you.
