Left with the deepest sense of calm and stillness that I’ve felt in years and I’m a weekly yoga studio goer. Mark was a great guide through the Nidra and orchestrator of the sound healing portion. If you’re looking for deep relaxation and zen, this is it.

Se alle anmeldelseneI enjoyed this class so much. I have not worked out or stretched in years and had a bit of anxiety going into this class. Lara was so welcoming. I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!

This class is entirely on the wall, which I kind of wish I had known ahead of time, but I ended up enjoying it so no complaints here! I will return to this studio and am interested in trying their other class as well.
