Se alle anmeldelseneInstructor and class was great! A little easy for myself but others were getting a good workout so I would say it’s a great workout for beginners. I’ll definitely come back to the studio to do the advanced class and will use heavier weights next time!

You can tell she is passionate about Pilates and yoga. the studio had about 7 reformers. luckily there were only 4 of us and we were able to do the jumping board. That was so much fun, and I had a really great workout.
