Se alle anmeldelseneMy second time at this studio, I definitely enjoyed today's workout more than the first. Lauren was great and encouraging. It wasn't challenging in the way I thought it would be. More in the micro movement and control-which definitely challenge me way. I definitely do this class again.

Se alle anmeldelsenethis was my first time at basi and it was great!! gloria was so welcoming, encouraging and had such an infectious positive attitude! i really loved how even though it was a group class, that she still made sure to check in with everyone individually and help with adjustments, things like that are so appreciated- will definitely be back to take another one of her classes!
