Se alle anmeldelseneOne of the best yin classes I've taken, although this is not the usual yin class where you're in relaxing passive stretches. There were many positions which stretched out parts of my body which I never knew I needed stretching or knew how to stretch out, but the intensity of the stretch made it evident that it was very much needed. Calming instruction with suggestions for modifications to adapt to everyone in the class.
