Se alle anmeldelseneI had such a great experience at this studio! I took the Hot Pilates Burn Mat class with Lisa, and she was absolutely amazing. You can really feel the energy and passion she brings to the class! The studio itself is beautiful, and has such a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely come back for another class. Highly recommended

Se alle anmeldelseneIt was a great class. Selina was a good instructor. I feel I worked muscles I never knew existed 😅. The class is barefoot and with no air conditioner on these very hot days, it was difficult to stay in place. I think it would be helpful to wear the gripping socks
