Se alle anmeldelseneI’m really happy I came here! Alex was extremely attentive from the beginning, asked thoughtful questions, and tailored the treatment to my needs. This isn’t a typical massage - it’s a targeted treatment focused on releasing pain and deep muscle tension. I felt immediate relief in the areas we worked on and could still notice the difference afterwards. To help maintain the progress, he also gave me a few exercises to continue at home, which I really appreciated. The studio is clean, welcoming, and easy to find. Alex is also very kind and professional, and speaks English aside from German! I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone dealing with long-term pain, muscle tightness, or athletes looking to improve recovery.
