Vor einer Weile wurde das auch ganz wunderbar in Einklang gebracht. :)

Chair Pilates is quite challenging and what I appreciate in her class is that she gives you options and shows you how to breath, basically explains the moves, goes around and corrects you (each in the class) and tells you what you need to focus on to move correctly. Will definitely come back :)

If you are not danish speaker and you’re doubting to go to the class or not, definetely GO! She’s gonna give some instructions in english for everyone. She is super motivating and brings high energy to class. She checks in with everyone personally and remembers details about you when you return to class the next time.
