Heat it, hand it to a French instructor credentialed in Rishikesh and Varkala, conduct it in English, and stage it on the 5th floor of Kamppi Center, and you have something quietly improbable — contemporary wellness as cultural collage, with no single origin to be foreign from. Yoga Nordic earns the layering. A thoughtful fit-out within a busy commercial complex: industrial-tuned ceiling — exposed HVAC, suspended acoustic clouds — softened by carved Indian doors, climbing greenery, clerestory glass, and a substantial bronze gong. Bright and acoustically calm despite the shell around it. Julie Lacombe taught Friday's 90-minute Hot Yin with the unhurried precision her training suggests — minimal cueing, extended breathwork, holds long enough to do the work the heat is meant to assist. I usually practice unheated; the crossover was worth it. Booked at 9 ClassPass credits with a €3 mat rental — fair value for the format and duration. Logistics worth knowing: reservations release 10 minutes prior to start, late entry is barred, and mat and towel rentals are available. Bring a change of clothes — the heat is real.

Se alle anmeldelseneI don't know how to explain this, but handsdown he is the best yoga teacher, breaking down "too serious" stereotypes among yoga class, super refreshing humour and just perfect pace of movement, his story telling skill just exactly what we need to evoke that inner child to sit and listen, as if we're being told a bed time stories, I've been to many yoga classes but his earned a favourite in my heart (great music in the background too!). There are so much good things i can say about him, If only I'm not a tourist, i definitely be a regular in his class!

Instruktøren var virkelig dygtig og gav en balance imellem guidance og frirum for justeringer efter eget behov. Dejligt, at der var variation iblandt deltagende, der gav en følelse af, at alle er velkommen. Også dejligt, at man kunne låne alt udstyr og hjælpsomme mennesker omkring, når man er ny til stedet!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe class helped me open my hip. Even though I was not flexible at all and couldn't reach any of those positions, I felt much better afterwards. The space is really nice and clean. Shoes should be taken off at the entrance, which is a big plus. The instructor was helpful.
