Se alle anmeldelseneI love Daniella and her energy is always amazing, but I wish there was more cardio in her class. There’s a lot of light movement in her classes and because of that I don’t feel like my body is actually burning calories like it should be during Zumba. My suggestion would be to keep the beginning of class more warm-ups and easier movement, have the middle of the class be a bunch of cardio (more jumping, arms, high knees, etc.) and then the end of class more cool-down and stretches (incorporate squats or low impact moves). The class gets boring after a while unfortunately! :(
