    I did the Grow class with Nick. He is absolutely a gem. Arrived a bit early in the gym to have a look around and introduction. Some gyms and trainers feel intimidating at first but Nick was really accommodating and guided me along the workout. As a beginner, I would recommend this class as it have different options per exercise depending on your preferred difficulty.
