You can choose the light as well depending on your healing objective. Water and electrolytes to hydrate afterwards with en suite shower and fluffy towels. I felt amazing afterwards, with a healthy glow! The staff is amazing especially Emma who was super kind and accommodating. I will be back and strongly recommend 🤩

Next time I’ll have a cleansing facial. The therapist talked me through everything and explained how different things worked. Left feeling very refreshed - and will have to see how my skin looks in 3-4 days to see if the heat therapy did its job! Small thing is that I agree with other reviews that it’s difficult to find - I had to ask a security guy because it wasn’t on any of the Canary Wharf shopping centre maps. If coming in from the entrance by Starbucks, you turn right and follow the sign for 20 Churchill Place and the jubilee line. You go through the doors and around the corner and May Therapies is right there with mirrored doors and seats outside for waiting. It would be helpful if they had a map and directions on their website?

Se alle anmeldelseneI'm deeply disappointed by the ratio price/quality. The front store doesn't have the same name as on classpass (it's called "Define" and not "Dimple Amani"). The beauty salon is empty (the furniture has been removed from the main space), old and on one side of it, there are boxes on the floor with lots of stuff in them. It was not clean (lots of dust in the shower, stain on the wall and towels in the massage room). The staff didn't speak English well enough to explain the benefits of what they were doing and didn't fully understand my questions. It's too bad because their skills looked good and it would have been great to know more about what they were doing. My session was 12 minutes shorter than it should have been (out of 1h-session, that's a lot and even more for that price!!). I would not go back nor recommend this place even though the ladies were nice and seemed skilled
