Elisha does not play around - a high energy Pilates class with lots of dynamic movements, combinations and pulses to really feel that burn. The classes are synced to an electro playlist, so you’ll be doing lunges for a full song, core for a full song, etc, not for the feint hearted but a great class. Beautiful space as well, great modern and clean equipment with mats provided. Lots of parking out the front and on the street
