Se alle anmeldelseneI loved this class! Adam was very welcoming and friendly. The class had great energy and was challenging. The heat can seem overwhelming at times, but the more you sweat, the more you cool off…if that makes sense. Will be back again.

Se alle anmeldelseneGood vibes in the room. The adjuster was great and helped me to get deeper into my forward bends, which has always been a challenge for me. I didn’t expect to sweat since this was a level one ( unheated) class. I should have brought a towel, because I was really sweating near the end. Perfect amount of challenge.
