I’m a power yogi and thought it was a perfect flow for early morning hot yoga. My only request….because I love it hot….is to hold off on fans until the end. A+ otherwise!

Se alle anmeldelseneMallory’s restore class was wonderful! It was a step above yin - we did some good deep stretches but combined it with very gentle flows and movement. The class was lightly heated at made for a nice environment to relax in. I loved the blue lighting! I also appreciated the hygienic procedures with wiping the blocks and using a pillow case for the bolsters. Mallory’s instruction was great, soothing, and precise. I will be back to this class soon!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class is such a peaceful gem of a class! Loved the tea and gentle yoga and the sound bath experience with bowls, rain machine, essential oils - a great way to unwind from the day. Highly recommend ! Carley is such a great guide and teacher.

She offered hands-on assistance for those who wanted it, and it was really helpful in deepening your stretch in certain postures. The studio is very welcoming and accessible for all. Love this spot.:)

She was very kind and made sure each of us were properly doing each position accurately. At the end we received an aromatherapy cold cloth which was very refreshing. For sure will be back!! Thank you Lauren :)

Se alle anmeldelseneJust had a hysterectomy 4 weeks ago and this class was perfect to get back in the routine. Nothing was too strenuous and it got my muscles moving. I highly recommend this class for anyone recovering from injury or surgery. Plus, Emily is absolutely amazing and supportive.

I appreciate that so I can try new things and perfect my practice- it isn’t easy to constantly cue a class! I made a mistake by going to the wrong location for my class but they made it seem-less for me to attend the following class in place of the one I missed
