Se alle anmeldelseneMy first time trying a heated yoga room! The lighting was super calm and relaxing, and it was way less hot than I expected- in a good way. Like going through moves on a pleasant summer day. Instructor was great at giving clear to understand directions and walking through the poses. She had variations for different difficulty and stretch levels, which for someone unfamiliar with yoga, was greatly appreciated!

Se alle anmeldelseneAbsolutely amazing! The room temperature was perfect, hot but not enough to make you pass out. Hazy was wonderful! She was so welcoming and engaging throughout the class. Beginners would have no problem following along. Everyone at the studio was also super friendly.

I've taken several Animal Flow classes with her now, but this was my first Yogalates, and it was such a great workout and stretch! I really felt the stretches and the muscles used in the different poses/exercises. It felt really good, and it was fun to use the pilates ring.
