Emma came in during our sauna with electrolytes, a cold towel and scented water to pour over the rocks - it was next level customer service. The cold plunge tub was 50 degrees while the sauna was 192 - there are showers, robes, slippers, and towels provided. Relaxing music is piped through the whole studio. Everything was clean and the overall experience was 5 stars. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. :)
