She did an excellent job! the only thing is they only give #6 reformer to classpasser and at the corner they need another mirror I think. the corner reformer does not have mirrors on both sides of the walls, which is kinda unfair. I wonder if Duo owner ever reads the reviews here, if so, please install at least one two mirrors for the person using the reformer #6.

The spin class was hard but doable for a first-timer. For someone coming regularly, you could still keep it challenging as your fitness improves by adding more resistance to the bike. If you don’t have your own gloves or shin guards, they have some you can borrow. It was a great cardio workout, and I could also feel my arms burning! Fun class to try out!
