Highly worth the effort to get your butt into class. Ride at your own pace in a darkened room so you won’t feel bad if it’s your first class and you’re not quite getting the choreography because others are so focused on their own ride, it’s dark, & with the music pumping. Your energy will be buzzing once you’re finished and you’ll feel like a million bucks!
