    Bay Area Bar Calisthenics is the best fitness class on ClassPass. Coach Jose encouraged me to show up for my first class and his pull up class was my favorite class ever. Coach Carlos and Coach Jenny helped us with form during our first leg day class. I can't bend my legs when walking after the class due to lactic acid build-up. It was fantastic!

    First time here . Found it pretty easy , and the building was well lit with nice equipment inside . Ask who subbed the class quickly introduced himself and showed me around before class started and let me know what to expect . The class was doable even for someone out of shape.
