Se alle anmeldelseneI needed someone to drive me home after this class lol. I think I feel asleep in every pose. Magical. Loved her voice and the pacing. Only thing I always hope for in restorative/ yin — is music with no percussion or lyrics. But this is a personal thing because I’m a musician and percussion / lyrics are hard to fully zone out on. Def recommend this class and will be back!
