Se alle anmeldelseneJenn gave a PHENOMENAL class. She is hands-on and is always making sure everyone has correct form!! She definitely gave a killer workout that left me with the Pilates leg shakes. This is not your traditional Pilates class, it is Pilates inspired!!! Meaning, it’s a high intensity workout with a Pilates foundation. I personally still like to take a slow and controlled pace because that’s how I get a good workout in for my body, so feel free to go at your own pace !!!
