It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. You work up a great sweat!

Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.
