Too, I really appreciated the thought and preparation he put into the class - from our poses, to the aromatic oils, to the guided meditation. It was so well structured, I went from 50 gabajillion thoughts elbowing each other to be first in line in my mind to totally relaxed over the course of the hour. A great reset - highly recommend!

Se alle anmeldelseneSuper fun! Renvil is so nice and welcoming, and gave the class a positive focused atmosphere. If i lived here i’d attend regularly, it’s a solid full-body workout that you can adjust to any intensity with varying weights. I loved his pop playlist too hahaha

Se alle anmeldelseneI hadn’t done yoga in years so I was a little nervous, but Ayannah was such a fantastic instructor! Good flow and explained poses well when I was forgetting them. Challenging but offered modifications. Super calm vibe and playlist. Highly recommend!

She was really encouraging and kept me motivated while at the same time made me feel comfortable going at a pace/with the weight level that worked for me. I also liked that she called out how much time we had left for a given exercise, counting down at the end - I find this really helps me push myself as I know there’s an end in sight! 😅 Definitely recommend!

Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.

Se alle anmeldelseneI just took my first class, I can confidently say Y6 Slow Flow was one of the best yoga classes I’ve taken thus far. The instructor explained each movement clearly, reminding us to go at our own pace/practice. If you like a challenge don’t worry, she shared a couple of variations we could do by choice. The studio was super clean, music wasn’t super loud, overall energy was very calming. The front desk staff member was super friendly and helpful too. I’m already looking to book my next class at this studio. Try it out!
