Se alle anmeldelseneI loved the class, it was a great workout! I do want to note that the instructor confused spinal extension and flexion multiple times at the beginning and end of class. It tripped me up when she asked to go into flexion over and over, when we were extending our spines over a ball. It's not a big deal at all, but it happened enough times to where I was genuinely confused if she was misspeaking or I was doing it incorrectly! Altogether, though, good workout and nice instructor :)
