Se alle anmeldelsene1) everyone working there and the returning students were soooo nice and could attest that your first class is gonna be confusing and that’s normal cause it’s a new machine and style of workout 2) I have like never done cardio and while I couldn’t do the whole class, I didn’t expect to. It’s a high intensity cardio class for 30 minutes so definitely out wasn’t expecting much from myself. I suggest focusing on how much you could do vs how much you couldn’t do. It was really easy to take breaks on the climber, grab water, ponder wtf I got myself into haha 3) I liked how the room was set up. The lights and music make it a lot less boring than going to a gym. Also the configuration and lighting make it easy to be in your own world and avoid comparing yourself to other students. 4) Melissa was my teacher and she was so lovely and affirming! Tyler who also works there was checking people in and out was also a great cheerleader! 5) locker room and lounge area were so nice!

Se alle anmeldelseneBeautiful studio. You have to dial code 300 to buzz in downstairs. Class is on a megaformer, and is similar to SLT/solidcore. I take SLT a lot and I felt like some of the movements in the opening core series were a bit more rushed but once we got into legs it was pretty comparable to SLT. Really burned out my quads and glutes. Nice hands on adjustments from the instructor, it was a small class and she demoed a lot of the moves which was great. Would definitely return to this studio.
