    Steven is an observant coach, he knows what he's doing and more over sees what you're doing wrong and pushes you to correct it. Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.

    Recommend for people who want to get better at boxing. Lots of personal notes and instruction. JR kept the intensity and accountability up the whole time. Seemed like there was good comradery between return members too

    Joanne's Boxing

    Joanne was really great, it was my first time trying boxing and she took the time to run me through the basics (multiple times!) and make sure my form was correct. The studio also has a bunch of cool art. And I didn’t have gloves but could borrow some so it’s low gear to try out. A serious fully body workout, will be back!
