They don’t hard sell as if you have bad flaws and need products to get better. You can feel the beautician always put in so much effort, I love it. Every session I’m able to relax and leave happy. I was only given the option of a face massage or extraction, and there was no neck massage included. I asked the beautician why a few steps were skipped, and she explained that direct bookings receive the full 90-minute service, while ClassPass bookings are only 75 minutes. I then asked about the price for a direct booking, and surprisingly, the price was about the same as what I paid through ClassPass. I find this a bit unprofessional. If ClassPass customers receive a shorter or different treatment despite paying a similar price, this should be clearly communicated before the booking. Customers should know exactly what service they will receive when making a reservation.
