Jasper was awesome as always! But note to staff: the bathroom hair dryer and make up area has been getting grimier with each and every visit. The amenities seem to be slowly disappearing as well: lack of body lotion and now even the branded plastic bags are replaced with regular plastic. Hope to see a cleaner and more well stocked area soon!

10/10 experience here as always! All coaches are friendly and give really clear instructions so no issue with whichever class i’m booked into. What I particularly liked about Guan Yu’s class was that he watched our form closely and advised us when to load up which can be challenging to gauge as a beginner, so that was extra helpful. Thanks :)

I’ve been to so many STILL classes, and I’m pleasantly surprised by Fai as he’s the only instructor who really explained each workout, technique, tips and correct form. Jacqueline is very personable and was spot on in her cuing. The class itself was not the most exciting in terms of the postures and transitions so don't expect to learn any new skills but if your goal is to maintain or improve overall strength, it is a good class to include in your rotation. Drills can be quite tedious but well, it is a targeted class, so perhaps to be expected but beware if you are ambivalent about drills. 🙃

What to expect from her inversions class: a workshop-style class with warm up drills, stretches, a peak invert/arm balance pose to work towards, and ample free time to DIY and play around. Elevate

Very structured and very mindful class. The peak pose was Firefly pose which I never really liked but the teacher was very helpful and encouraging. Elevate is a great way to 'force' yourself to try poses and learn skills you won't ever encounter in regular yoga classes so highly recommended if you intend to progress in your practice.
