One of my favourite things about this branch is how amazingly pleasant and cheerful the therapists all are. My therapist Esther was incredibly kind, sincere and warm. She made me feel very comfortable and I also really appreciated how attentive and attuned she was, checking in when needed and adjusting her technique thoughtfully. But the other staff were calling him “teacher” so I assumed he would be good. He definitely is very knowledgeable and skilful. The massage was very different from what I normally get, it felt like a TCM session and though it was painful at times , I felt looser and more relaxed after. Therapist really went above and beyond and spent a loooong time on extraction which as the person on the receiving end was extremely torturous, although she did apologise at the end for causing so much pain even though I paid her to. 🥹 shoulder massage was amazing; face massage had to be skipped due to the condition of my face post-extraction. 😭 big ups for no hardselling. My only gripe is their bed is the smallest I’ve encountered (am UK 8 for scale) so it was a bit hard to relax without fearing rolling off the bed.
