Amy was very friendly and among the 2 low reviews I read about rough handling, she checked in with me how I was feeling; in fact I quite enjoyed how she scrubbed my scalp (felt like it scratched an itch I never knew I had). The place is in the hotel lobby so the location is good!! And then the facial was super good and she not just help me to do a full face massage but hand and leg cream applied? During extraction( which is the fun part) I teared a little and she gentle wipe off my tear and continues. Therapist really went above and beyond and spent a loooong time on extraction which as the person on the receiving end was extremely torturous, although she did apologise at the end for causing so much pain even though I paid her to. 🥹 shoulder massage was amazing; face massage had to be skipped due to the condition of my face post-extraction. 😭 big ups for no hardselling. My only gripe is their bed is the smallest I’ve encountered (am UK 8 for scale) so it was a bit hard to relax without fearing rolling off the bed.
