Sauna was great and you can also choose the color therapy within the sauna. Peppermint cooling towels available to grab when you get too warm. Mineral shower with everything you need after and relaxing in the sandy beach area after with tea added so much to the experience. The staff was friendly and informative. This time around, I had initially signed up for a hot bamboo experience, but after chatting about my exercise habits, areas of pain and tightness, and overall goals for the visit, we pivoted to a hot stone treatment instead. She did a localized fascia massage to relieve some shoulder pain I had been having, releasing tension in my jaw and rotator cuffs before moving on to the relaxing, hot stone treatment.
