Sculpt was a little less strenuous than the core power version since it’s not heated (the room was definitely warm but maybe like 80 degrees), and there was no HIIT portion. I will be back!

The high-energy environment, combined with elements of yoga, barre, and weightlifting, made for a comprehensive workout that left me feeling both challenged and invigorated. I burned a lot of calories and felt my muscles working hard. I highly recommend Sarita’s class to anyone looking for a dynamic and effective workout. She’s an excellent instructor!
