    Great workout!! Very friendly instructor and helpful, correcting my form when needed. Clean studio with good equipment. I just wish there were more amenities like a locker room and showers ☺️

    VIBE (on the mat)

    This studio is worthy of its name - it gave me an overwhelming sense of serenity as soon as I walked in. Felt like a sweet little escape from reality. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heated mat pilates format. Katelynn did an amazing job of navigating us through all the moves and correcting our forms throughout the class. The workout went from sweet to spicy quickly! Be ready to sweat. I left the studio feeling so grounded, energized, and good about myself!
