What an incredible teacher at an amazing yoga studio. Haley is such a kind and intuitive instructor. The studio itself is nice and I love the locker rooms too, as they have a great set up here to get ready after a yoga class if you need to shower (the essentials - towels, soap/shampoo/body wash dispensers in shower, lotion & blow dryer on wall).

I really enjoyed this class. I’m a beginner yogi and really felt welcomed and encouraged by Vanessa. She gave minor adjustment cues that helped to feel more connected to the pose. I appreciate an instructor who connects with each student in class. Loved the breath work and shavasana at the end

The class was great! it was my first time taking a cycling class - I arrived early, and was given a tour by the friendly gal at the front desk. Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!
