I appreciated her no-nonsense calm and soothing voice - it made me feel like I could hold the pose.. clear cues.. definitely will take her class again!

Se alle anmeldelseneI wouldn’t call myself the biggest fan of cardio, but this class was actually fun the whole 45 min. Every station goes by quickly enough that you don’t burn out and it leaves you wanting more. It’s a great sweat and strength class inside a great studio.

There were many times I didn’t know what we were doing. Or she’d assume because we did it on one side, then we’d know the other side and we weren’t in the right position. She is new to the studio and she was confused with some people being on one side and it being on the left side while the people on the other side were on their right. She put our equipment away which was great. And she definitely had a challenging and fun full body , good Pilates class!

She made sure to say hello to everyone in the room (many teachers do not do this!), brought a fresh air of positivity, fun and laughter into the room as she entered. The session is outdoors so I would bring a sweater because it might get chilly. The location was difficult to find because it’s held at a residence but at least there was plenty of parking!

The interaction with the staff and all around people was pretty awesome. I thought I was just going for a cold plunge and we went so deep in a conversation with Bruce about life and polarization, thank you brother. Big shout out to all the staff there. Definitely coming back.

Contrary to what the lady at the front desk thinks, this information is not disclosed anywhere on the Class Pass app or in the confirmation email. The sauna itself was fine, clean, but no colored light therapy inside. Just a small white light bulb for reading, like on an airplane. There’s bluetooth but my phone wasn’t able to connect or find the network. I liked the space itself, it had a calming peaceful vibe. Wish they would incorporate more of that “healing energy” spirit into the Sauna room/experience.
