    Awesome Sunday morning workout with Jeff, surprised how many people are in the 8am class! Kicked my butt and he pushes us to do heavier weights if you can handle it. Otherwise, I would not want to quite honestly. Think electrolytes saved me from passing out 😅

    Didnt see a lot of reviews decided to try it anyways. I love a good hiit class but can never find one with good music. The vibes are definitely here. This class was pretty full so come early to get a desired spot. The only thing is I wish someone navigated setting up for the new people. The regulars are so nice and welcoming so they do help you out. This class is for all levels.

    Intro to Kickboxing (MANDATORY First Class)

    Would recommend! Coach Brian is excellent. He is very patient and makes sure everybody is using the right technique. In the Intro class, he walked through the punches, kicks, and knees in depth and taught us how to position ourselves. I have done some cardio kickboxing classes before but this class really helped me understand the fundamentals much better. I definitely recommend this for beginners! In terms of stuff to bring, I recommend bringing your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them. They will provide gloves if you don't have them though.

    Located in the EVO sports expo. Great session! Very small class size so the instructor puts a lot of attention on what you're doing and has a lot of insight into form correction and how to properly do a lift step-by-step. Little bit of cardio at the end to keep things engaging. Would come back!
