She talked for most of class, but it was nice because it made me focus on what she was saying versus the pain i was feeling in the deep stretching. She showed examples of poses to use in yin vs restore. It was a very nice balance and I left the class feeling SUPER relaxed.

She has been teaching since college and somehow has the ability to instruct as she works just as hard or harder than her 20’s and 30’s participants! Best all-ages yoga pilates in an infrared studio… probably the ONLY, come get your CORE on! 🤯🎉😍

Her routines are interesting, cues are VERY helpful, and while some poses might be difficult (for me at least), she demos modifications that honors different abilities. I just wished she has more classes at this location so I can take them all!

But as I focused on relaxation following Susan’s instructions, I realized that I had never really done relaxation well. It’s a great class to unwind after a stressful day and I feel like I release a lot of tension that I have built up from working and sitting. The teacher is so nice and has such a soothing voice. I highly recommend this class for beginners, and experienced yogis alike.
