Emily was so welcoming upon our arrival and the space was so nice and clean with great amenities. Definitely recommend and would be back when visiting Atlanta again! Namaste! :)

Better for me to skip some of the sun salutations so I had time to towel off every few minutes— bring a towel into class and a change of clothes for afterwards bc everything will be wet. 😅 Like that theres a shower to use afterwards if you have the time.

Tenley is an incredible teacher - she was beyond thoughtful in her playlist and how it aligned to our workout. It was fun, challenging, and made me feel so strong! The ambiance, the attentiveness and the pace left me feeling more relaxed than I have felt in a long time. The release my spine felt almost made me want to cry. Thanks again!

Se alle anmeldelseneMy second time coming to this class, love the class and love the instructor! It gives more of a mat Pilates class than yoga- I would say it’s a good mix of both, but you are doing lunges squats etc with 3 and 5 pound weights. Will becoming to the class again!

Se alle anmeldelseneI had a sweaty blast. I wouldn’t recommend this one for beginners, but if you’re fairly familiar with the poses by name, you’ll get a good workout. Classes are very full but well organized so it works.

I always enjoy her teachings on more advanced poses, and I seek out her classes on the schedule. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great workout with lots of sweat!
