Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was great. Super relaxing and effective. I loved Anna, she was great at explaining the postures and demonstrated everything the entire time. Great class for beginners or anybody wanting to compliment their hardcore workout with some good stretching and in this particular class we worked on hip openers. It was a very well-rounded class! I did not want to come out of Shavasana!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis was my first time going to a tai chi class and Tony was super welcoming and incredibly friendly and very clear from the start at how knowledgeable he is with the forms in the movement and how they work to improve posture. I have a lot of alignment and posture issues that I have to compensate for but even in a group class he’s really great at taking the time if you need help of making adjustments for you and really working you through the flow. I’m really glad jiaren has tai chi now to add to its overall roster of really great classes and I’m definitely coming back to tai chi.
