Brynn never disappoints. Her spin portion is on point. Short & sweet, but as hard as you want it to be. And she doesn’t waste one minute of the strength part either! Easy to follow instructions and fast transitions to keep that heart rate up! The stretch ending is also nice since I always forget to just slow down and take a minute to just breathe. 😌

(In-Person) Mommy & Baby Yoga
First time ever trying a Mommy and Baby yoga class and I loved it. My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.

Aerial Hammock Dance/Beginner
I had THE BEST time with aerial yoga! I am a very beginner and my grip hands were definitely a bit sore since my grip strength is horrible but I was able to do everything. Sherry was great with individualized adjustments. I went with my bestie and we got to take a progress video at the end which made me feel very accomplished even though I’m still very new. I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll get!

Thought I signed up for Aerial but it was Ashtanga. Chinese instruction course. Fast paced first part, got a sweat on. Instructor was very nice and professional. Love that she went around to assist and point out on poses.
