I noticed the exact same cues were repeated almost verbatim on both left and right sides so that was actually a bit distracting for the intuitive relaxing part of practice, but other than that, the sound bath at the end was excellent complete with a closing kirtan chant. All the poses are cater to Post delivery mamas. Focusing a lot on the pelvic floor. This is not at all an intense class. This is definitely all restorative. Throughout the massage I heard multiple pops from my joints which relieved all the pent up stress. Wai figured exactly what my stiff back needed and left me feeling so light and relaxed - I was almost meditating by the end of the massage. There is no other Thai massage like Wai’s in the city. Feels like I just made the shortest trip possible to Thailand. I am so so so glad I found Wai. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve gotten (and I’m not easy to please).
