Se alle anmeldelseneOn the surface, the flow is standard with Sun As and Sun Bs, but the sequence is actually far more warming and opening than when other teachers sequence. I actually sweat doing Leslie’s class and really feel all the spots that are stiff in my body. Wish all teachers were like this. Music is also well chosen. Tempo is good and hard (slow). Keep up the great work, Leslie.
