Chris was really wonderful at helping me navigate the exercises and what worked/didn’t work for me .. with little tweaks and adjustments, it was fantastic. There’s a nice down to earth presence in the gym, it’s a clean space, and was perfect as a first timer. Def going back!

I do my usual weekday routine workouts and look forward to this class every Saturday. I get to bond and connect with like minded individuals who come together to experience an active lifestyle on the beach. Working out on the beach is also great for me because the sand makes it a low impact workout for our joints. These two instructors are prior Equinox trainers and know how to challenge you, keep you motivated, all while having a fire playlist! Might I add that I get to catch a tan while working out. Can’t ask for more! 👙☀️🌊
