Rachel is so knowledgeable about both the asanas of yoga and the spiritual teachings - I thoroughly enjoyed her explanation of the 8 limbs of yoga at the beginning of class. Class was held in the rooftop yoga dome, creating a nice inside/outside experience. Will definitely be coming back for more of Rachel’s classes!

Se alle anmeldelseneTruly wonderful class. Yin with sound bath. Elizabeth was so welcoming and warm. The harp was a great contrast to the gong. The glass room allows the sounds and the vibrations to move right through you. The lights above dimmed like flickering candles. Blankets and bolsters made it comfortable holding stretches in-between long savannas. Truly worth every penny. It was magical. Thank you Elizabeth. Parking can be a little stressful if arriving with a few minutes to spare. I arrived 20 minutes prior and it was perfect. All you need is your yoga mat and a water bottle. Beautiful spot with amazing acoustics.
