Rachel is so knowledgeable about both the asanas of yoga and the spiritual teachings - I thoroughly enjoyed her explanation of the 8 limbs of yoga at the beginning of class. Class was held in the rooftop yoga dome, creating a nice inside/outside experience. Will definitely be coming back for more of Rachel’s classes!

The space itself was very aesthetically pleasing, lots of cool lights, tons of room to dance, they even had cold towels to use after class!
