I loved how she spent time before the massage asking about what was going on with my body and was so knowledgeable. She was able to clearly explain the connection between a few issues I’ve been experiencing and afterwards she gave me some great “at home” work I can do. I believe the room was shared with the red light therapy (I saw it on when I walked in) and you could hear it when people walked in and out. But let me tell you, Celeste rocked my world. Her deep tissue pressure was hard but so necessary for someone like me whose anxiety and stress just gets stored in their body. You gotta literally breathe through the intensity at times (and she tells you as such) but it is worth it on the other side.
