The room it took place in is large with double mirrors and perfect room heated room temp. Has mats, towels, and blocks. Parking at the facility is a little difficult since there’s construction and it’s typically busy but the class is well worth it.

All the classes Monday through Thursday are more beginner-friendly, so I definitely came to the right place. I can totally see myself coming back soon for more!
