Se alle anmeldelseneIt was a great class! The studio was well heated and it had me SWEATING. I was dripping from my forehead to my mat. The music was very upbeat and loud, it made it difficult to hear the instructor. The moves were basic but being in the heated environment made it a million times harder and had my heart rate up. There was a cardio and strength section which I liked for getting my heart rate up. Studio was very clean and modern, and Sarah was super friendly!
