I really enjoyed this class with Sarah. It was something different that I’m used to so I was definetly nervous. But Sarah made sure to ask if I needed any accommodations, as well as what I’m familiar with exercising wise and even recommended some days in the week that I may like! Definitely liked the motivation throughout and examples of substitution for the workout! Would definitely come again.

It’s a fun space. The coach does not pressure you. The workout is at your pace your push you decide. If you want to b yelled at, go to a different gym. The roads to get to this gym can be unsteady so drive slow and careful
